When you add Earthly Love Shipping Protection™, our team personally follows up on every report. We verify delivery directly with the carrier or facility and replace qualified orders at no cost according to the protection tier you select.

Retail Orders
– If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we’ll verify with the carrier.
– If order is confirmed lost or damaged, we'll provide a prepaid return label and replace the order at no cost.
– If delivery cannot be confirmed, we’ll replace or refund the full value of your order.
– If the carrier confirms successful delivery, replacements or refunds cannot be issued under this protection.

CDCR Orders

– We communicate with facility staff to confirm delivery or disposal.
– If the package is reported not delivered or disposed of by officers, we resend it at no cost.
– If the facility confirms receipt, the order is considered fulfilled.
– If returned by staff we reship for free.
– If items are confirmed stolen we replace for free.
