At Earthly Love®, we stand behind the care and integrity of every product we share. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.


7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


How to Start a Return

Contact us at  before sending anything back.

  • If the return is due to a company error, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

  • If not, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order right away. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and purity of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:

  • Oils of any type (due to sensitivity and the possibility of alteration or contamination)

  • All natural wellness products (to maintain the highest standards of quality)

  • Sale items or gift cards

This practice protects both our customers and the integrity of the products we provide.


Exchanges

If you’d like something different, the fastest method is to return your approved item and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider time to post the refund.
