Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

  • Processing times may be extended during high volume periods or due to inventory delays.

Institutional Orders

  • All institutional orders ship on Friday if placed before Thursday morning.

  • Orders placed Thursday morning or later will ship the following Friday.

Shipping Timelines

  • Standard delivery windows vary by carrier and location. Once your package is with the carrier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or customs clearance.

Shipping Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Earthly Love® is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us immediately so we can assist. For damaged shipments, keep all packaging for carrier claim purposes.
