CDCR Approval Notice

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has authorized this independent vendor to sell merchandise to incarcerated individuals and the public.
CDCR’s review and approval of this vendor are limited solely to security and operational compliance.

CDCR is not affiliated with this vendor and does not guarantee fulfillment, product performance, business continuity, or any aspect of the vendor’s operations.
All purchases are made at the buyer’s sole risk.

CDCR assumes no liability for transactions with this vendor. Any issues, disputes, or product concerns must be addressed directly between the buyer and the vendor.
CDCR is not responsible for mediating or resolving such matters.

Checkout Instructions

1. Use your billing address and the inmate’s shipping address.

2. Enter the inmate’s CDCR # in the Last Name field.

3. Enter the prison name, yard location, and restriction status in the Company field.

4. Complete all other fields as normal.

5. If substitutions are allowed, include your alternate item requests in the Notes section.

Orders missing yard or restriction details may be delayed or rejected.

Shipping Rate:
$10.00 flat rate for orders placed with an institutional check.

All inmate orders ship on Fridays.
Orders must be received before Thursday morning to be included in that week’s shipment.

Important Updates

• Restrictions on religious items have been removed.

• Multiple packages per quarter are now permitted.

Accepted Payment Methods

1. Online Orders:
   Visit → earthlyloveimports.com → CDCR Religious Catalog

2. Zelle Payments:
   Zelle transfers are accepted. Please include the inmate’s name and CDCR number in the memo line.

3. Money Orders:
   Money orders are accepted; however, they must be cleared before shipment.

4. Institutional Checks:
   Accepted. Third-party institutional checks are not accepted without prior authorization.

5. Personal Checks:
   Not accepted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only for orders canceled before shipment.

• Canceled or returned orders incur a 15% restocking fee.

• Orders not claimed within 60 days will be discarded.

Reship Policy

• Orders returned by the institution may be reshipped to the inmate for a $10.00 fee.

Alternate Items Policy

• All orders should include alternate oils or substitute items.

• Orders without alternates may be held, substituted, or returned at the discretion of Earthly Love® staff.
