The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has approved this independent vendor to sell merchandise to inmates and the public. CDCR’s brief review and approval of this vendor was strictly limited to security requirements and general business intent.
CDCR is not affiliated with this vendor and does not guarantee that the vendor will fulfill any obligations, perform as expected, remain in business, or guarantee the vendor’s products in any way. Any purchases from this vendor are at the buyer’s sole risk.
The CDCR assumes no liability whatsoever for such purchases. Any issues or disputes regarding the vendor’s products are the sole responsibility of the buyer and the vendor. CDCR is not obligated to mediate or resolve any such disputes.

Checkout Instructions
1. Use your billing address, and the inmate's shipping address.
2. Enter inmate’s CDCR # in the last name field.
3. Enter the prison name, yard location, and inmate restriction status under the Company section.
4. Fill out all other fields as normal.
5. Include substitutions in the Notes section if needed.
> Please ensure that the inmate’s yard and restriction status are clearly stated. Orders missing this information may be delayed or rejected.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued for orders canceled before shipment
Canceled return orders will incur a 15% restocking fee
Orders not claimed after 60 days will be discarded
Reship Policy
Orders returned by the institution will be reshipped to the inmate at a $10.00 fee
