When you add Earthly Love Shipping Protection™, our team personally follows up on every report. We verify delivery directly with the carrier or facility and replace qualified orders at no cost according to the protection tier you select.

Retail Orders
– If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we’ll verify delivery with the carrier.
– If delivery cannot be confirmed, we’ll replace or refund the full value of your order.
– If the carrier confirms successful delivery, replacements or refunds cannot be issued under this protection.

CDCR Orders
– We communicate with facility staff to confirm delivery or disposal.
– If the package is reported not delivered or disposed of by officers, we will resend it at no cost.
– If the facility confirms receipt, the order is considered fulfilled.

Coverage Tiers
– Tier 1 – Orders up to $50 → $3.99
– Tier 2 – Orders $50 – $100 → $5.99
